The output of the machine is fully suspended. It has two independent and isolated type CF anti-defibrillation applications (monopolar and bipolar), non-AP,non-APG type common equipment, 110V-220V (+10%) power supply.

Function:  

The 416KHz(+10kHz) high frequency current generated by this argon plasma diathermy machine can performs cut and coagulation for biological tissues.

It integrates cutting, coagulation and AIC argon technology.

It has seven working modes: Cut: Pure cut, Blend 1, Blend 2; Monopolar coagulation: Spray Coagulation, Soft Coagulation, Argon beam coagulation; and Bipolar coagulation.

General Description:

UMY CM-350 Ar and its special probes offers fundamental advantages over conventional coagulation methods.

The Argon Plasma beam permits non-contact coagulation of tissue, homeostasis of large surface bleeding can be stopped effectively and safely. And penetration depth is lesser than 3mm, no lead to carbonization.

*Non-contact application, with no adhesion between applicator and tissue, and good visibility of the coagulation process.

*Limited penetration depth, so that application in areas at risk of perforation is superior to all other coagulation methods.

Application:

It is applicable to ESD, EMR, ERCP, POEM, polypectomy, polyp burning, gynecology, orthopedics and surgery.

Rated output power:

*Pure cut:1W~300W (load 500 Ω);

A high-frequency alternating current yields smooth, rapid cuts that evoke little to know hemostasis.

*Blend cut 1:1W~200W (load 500 Ω);

Preset blended cut modes give the surgeon varying degrees of hemostasis in cut mode.

*Blend cut 2: 1W~150W (load 500 Ω);

The mode is used for vaporization of prostatic tissue or any fat tissue. The higher output wattage gives fast cutting effect of the tissue.

*ENDO CUT

The mode is used to automatically controlled cut system to reduce the complication rate of endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) and serum hyperamylasemia after EST compared to the conventional blended cut mode.

*Spray coagulation:1W~80W (load 500 Ω);

Spray output is made for direct coagulation at the tissue with spark. above spark does not give any cutting effect as its CREST FACTOR is high.

*DESICATE coagulation:1W~120W (load 500 Ω);

Coagulation in which the active electrode is in direct contact with the tissue is referred to as desiccation and is the type of coagulation used in most surgeries it ensures pinpoint desiccation with less destruction of peripheral tissue.

*Bipolar coagulation (Optional):1W~70W (load 100 Ω); 

For highly precise control over coagulation process and privations of carbonization.
